„Calm the Monkey Mind” A scientific approach to Mindful LivingIn the context of current challenges such as stress, mental health problems, burnout and a lack of orientation in a heavily disrupted non-linear world, the book reveals a time-tested approach to living consciously and not in resistance to the waves that life offers us, the good, the bad, the joyful, the ugly. It brings together modern science, psychology and age-old methods to equip us with the resilience that this century will require. “Calm the Monkey Mind” is written with a keen eye for building connection, towards ourselves, others and to nature in which we as human beings thrive.Author Dr. Martina Esberger-Chowdhury born and raised in Mumbai, India in an Austro-Indian family, discovered her passion for the philosophy of the subcontinent at a young age.
