* Creativity's depth and breadth.María Alejandra Benavent was born in Buenos Aires, describes herself as a “freedom-loving soul who cultivates kindness, honors basic rights and regards sentient beings as sacred. A worshipper of Mother Nature, citizen of the world. A bird of no fixed abode.”
Her tender years were shaped by the time spent as an exchange student in the United States. Having earned a degree in Public Translation, she started to work for the UNDP in Buenos Aires. A journey to Spain, the cradle of her ancestry, ended up in a love affair with an Austrian young man – her prospective husband and the father of their two adorable sons. Thirty years of her life teaching English in Vienna have not altered the essence of her being. Her winding path has led her to conclude that home is a dimension with no boundaries.
